Visitors from Home 17. September 2024
Traute and Hardy have been visiting us these past few days. It was a beautiful, peaceful and intense time.
Hardy took the opportunity to have some time for himself. He spent the sunny late summer days on our terrace, reading, relaxing, just breathing deeply.
Meanwhile, I was out exploring with my cousin Traute. Together we discovered the area, drove to the North Sea in our convertible, all the way to the Skagerrak – and enjoyed the vastness, the light and the clear air.
They were days full of good conversations, quiet moments and real closeness. The kind that's only possible with people you trust – even when they live far away.
Visits like these remind us how important connection is. And how beautiful it is to bring it back to life here, in our new home.
