Our New Home on the East Coast July 5, 2023
The decision is finally made! After a long search, comparing options, and weighing everything carefully, we've decided. We're taking the house on the east coast.
What makes me especially happy: it actually fits our budget now. When we started looking for a house, I never would have thought we'd find something in this location that we could actually afford. But sometimes small miracles do happen.
It was definitely love at first sight. The moment we drove up the driveway and spotted the house nestled between the trees, I felt this warm feeling in my chest. You know that feeling—when you just know something is right, without being able to explain it logically.
We got in touch with the real estate agent right away by email and told her we'd like to buy the house. Now comes the waiting. I'm curious how quickly she'll respond and send me all the necessary documents so I can get the purchase moving forward.
The coming weeks will certainly be exciting and stressful at the same time. Paperwork, bank meetings, and all the logistics to sort out. But the anticipation for our new home far outweighs everything else!
